Our this GPS tracker need to use a sim card, the package has no include any sim card,please buy the sim card from your local market.

Precautions

1. There will be GPS signals only outdoors, use GPS positioning.

2. Correctly insert the GSM mobile phone card, do not disassemble the device without permission.

3. When connecting the car, pay attention to the car voltage and the positive and negative poles.

4. Please keep the product away from extreme environments such as fire sources, high temperature and high heat.

5. When the product is powered off and outside the service area, the positioning function cannot work.

6. Common fault handling methods

1.) Unable to boot

Note: Please check whether the battery of the device has power, the card indicator light will be on.

2.) No GPS signal

Note: The device needs to be in an unobstructed position to ensure that the GPS signal can be received normally.

3.) The login platform device cannot display the location.

Note: You need to send ‘gprs123456’ to activate GPRS to determine whether the card has GPRS Internet access function and fees.

4.) The device shows that it is online, but when using the APP to set the command, it shows ‘the device is offline, the delivery failed’

Note: The device has entered the sleep state and needs to vibrate to wake up the device.
