Shipments
Orders are processed in 24/48 hours and take 10-15 business days to arrive worldwide. In the islands, however, it takes about 20-25 business days.
Tracking
We recommend using 17track.net as a tracking site. It is fully automatic and very reliable, able to track the entire path of the shipment step by step.
Refunds
We issue refunds if the package is lost or never arrived. We do not issue refunds if there is a change of heart or a careless error when placing the order.
